I obtained a Master of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Siena in 2016, with the final grade of 110/110 cum Laude, and my thesis work was about the study of mathematical models applied to physics. My strong passion for mathematics and physics and in particular for their application in the technological and engineering fields, led me to undertake a Ph.D. in Smart Industry at the University of Pisa in 2019, during which I worked at the Electrical Engineering and Electronic Measurements laboratory of the University of Siena. In March 2023 I obtained the Ph.D. defending the thesis titled "Development and validation of mathematical physical/chemical models for sensory systems". In March 2024 I won a public competition for a research collaboration grant at the University of Udine, Polytechnic Department of Engineering and Architecture, and now I am a research fellow working for the Next Generation EU PRIN 2022 project "Design of sensors and analyzes for greater safety at work”.

My research is focus on: The study of the sensor behavior: sensor interaction with the measured quantity, sensor electrical behavior; Model development and possible semplifications; Development of numerical simulators; Model Validation; Integration of the sensor model with the electric model of front-end circuit.
